In the course of the sitting, the attention was paid to the specialists´ conclusions according to which it is impossible to adopt the Bill (Reg. No5374) as the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law "On International Agreements of Ukraine" implement the peculiar order of the laws adoption that concerning the issues on ratification and denunciation of international agreements by Ukraine. This order means that the subjects of the legislative imitative in certain issues might be exclusively the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
